Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • The tooth being replaced must be a front tooth (incisor), canine, or first premolar in your upper jaw.
  • The teeth next to the gap need to be your natural teeth, not caps or bridges.
  • You are getting an implant placed and a temporary crown on the same day.
  • There must be an old x-ray of that tooth in your dental records.
