- You are currently a psychological counselor at a secondary school in Izmir, Turkey.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Psychological Counseling and Guidance.
- You have a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a private space for online training.
- You are willing to take part in the study voluntarily.
- You have not lost a close relative or friend to suicide in the last year.
- You have not taken a similar suicide prevention training in the last 6 months.
