- You must be medically healthy (ASA I or II category, meaning no serious health problems).
- You must be older than 18 years.
- You have one front tooth that cannot be saved due to deep cavity, broken root, failed root canals, or root damage.

- You cannot have an active infection or a large long-term infection at the tooth tip.
