Who can take part
- You must have a type of colorectal cancer called CDK12-deficient, confirmed by a special lab test on your tumor.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and has gotten worse after at least one standard chemotherapy treatment.
- You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
