Who can take part
- Age 18–75
- Your breast cancer has HR-positive and HER2-negative results from tumor tests
- Your tumor is confirmed as the SNF1 subtype using special digital pathology on biopsy tissue
- You have advanced or metastatic disease that can’t be fully treated with surgery/radiation, and you have not previously had treatment for advanced/metastatic breast cancer
- Your last treatment with targeted CDK4/6 drugs is either never, or it ended at least 1 year ago
- You have enough healthy blood and organ function for study drugs, and your mobility score is ECOG 0–1
