Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are currently in an active military or Ministry of Defense tactical training program.
  • You are physically fit and have medical clearance for intense training.
  • You can follow a special diet and a training plan.
  • You do not have heart, lung, muscle, or nerve problems, or a history of cancer, diabetes, thyroid issues, high blood pressure, or kidney failure.
  • You are not taking medications that affect your metabolism or exercise performance, and you have no allergies to the study foods or supplements.
