  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are generally healthy with no major medical problems.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, or herbs in the last 2 weeks.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day and do not drink alcohol heavily.
  • You are willing to avoid certain foods and drinks (like grapefruit, caffeine, and alcohol) during the study.
