Who can take part
- You are a healthy man or woman between 18 and 50 years old.
- You weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women) and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 28.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or donate sperm/eggs while in the study and for 6 months after.
- You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or herbal medicines in the past 14 days.
- You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day and can quit smoking during the trial.
- You have no significant medical conditions or allergies to the study drugs.
