- You are between 8 and 16 years old
- You speak French as your first language
- You have a diagnosis of autism or ADHD (or symptoms of a neurodevelopmental disorder)
- You have not changed any psychiatric medications in the last 6 weeks
- Your IQ is above 70
- You do not have an active neurological condition like epilepsy
