  • You gave birth vaginally
  • This is your first baby
  • Your pain is severe (more than 6 out of 10 on a pain scale)
  • You have at least 3 positive tests for sacroiliac joint problems during screening
  • No prior injury, other back/pelvic conditions, postpartum depression, or disc problems
