Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has just given birth for the first time.
  • Your baby was born through the vagina and you had a cut (episiotomy).
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have not taken pain medicine in the last 4 to 6 hours.
  • You do not have any active physical problems like heavy bleeding or infection.
  • You are willing and able to use headphones and goggles to watch a video.
