  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are pregnant with one baby, head-down, at 37 to 41 weeks
  • Your labor started on its own (not induced)
  • Your pregnancy is low-risk with no major complications
  • You want to deliver vaginally and have had at least 4 prenatal visits
