Who can take part
- You have liver cancer that is confirmed by biopsy or imaging and can be fully removed with surgery.
- You have not received any previous immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) for any condition.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and you have no active bleeding or severe fluid buildup in the belly.
- You are 18 or older and able to give informed consent.
- You agree to use effective birth control during and for 4 months after the last dose of study drug.
