This trial tests two drugs (THIO and cadonilimab) given before surgery to see if they help shrink liver cancer that can be removed. It is for people with early-stage liver cancer who are candidates for surgery.
This trial tests if giving a combination of drugs (apatinib and camrelizumab) along with a procedure called TACE before surgery can help treat a certain type of liver cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor before the operation to improve outcomes.

This trial tests if combining three therapies (sintilimab, lenvatinib, and HAIC) before surgery can help shrink liver tumors that are on the borderline of being removable. It's for people whose cancer has spread into nearby blood vessels but not to other organs.
This study tests whether combining two immunotherapy drugs (sintilimab and ipilimumab) with standard procedures to block or destroy the tumor's blood supply can help keep liver cancer from returning after surgery. It is for people whose liver cancer can be removed but has a higher risk of coming back.
