  • You must be a male elite underwater rugby athlete aged 18 or older.
  • You must be officially on a team roster and train at least twice a week.
  • You can fill out Spanish-language questionnaires.
  • You are willing to join and sign a consent form.
  • You can complete tests at the start, after 3 weeks, and after 6 weeks.
