Who can take part

  • You are 14–18 years old and an active member of Club de Remeros Arturo Prat in Valdivia
  • You row at least 3 times per week under coach supervision and compete in organized races or team tryouts
  • You have medical clearance from a doctor or clinic confirming you can safely do intense exercise
  • You do not have uncontrolled heart, lung, or metabolic conditions that would make intense exercise unsafe
  • You are not currently injured in a way that would prevent you from training or being assessed
  • You are not taking medications that significantly change how your body responds to exercise
