Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • You are an elite underwater rugby player on a high-performance team or squad.
  • You train with your team at least 2 times per week.
  • You can attend two study visits over 6 weeks, including a video-recorded 3 vs 3 scrimmage.
  • You do not have any current injury, illness, or medical condition that would keep you from training fully.
  • You are not planning to miss more than 20% of training sessions during the study.
