Who can take part
- You have a solid pancreatic tumor bigger than 1 cm that needs a biopsy
- You have been newly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and have not had chemo or radiation
- You do not have a bleeding disorder or low platelet count
- You have not taken blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin in the last week
- You are not pregnant and do not have another active cancer
