Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with psoriatic disease—this can be psoriasis (any type) or psoriatic arthritis confirmed by a rheumatologist
- You are currently receiving treatment with either guselkumab or risankizumab, which are IL-23 inhibitors
- You receive your care at a participating public health center in Costa Rica
- You are at least 12 years old (any gender)
- Your medical records are available and complete enough to include history, follow-up visits, and lab results
