Who can take part
- You are 12 years or older (in the US) or 18 years or older (in the EU).
- You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis.
- You have severe pancreatic insufficiency, confirmed by a stool test showing low enzyme levels.
- You have been taking a stable dose of pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) for at least 90 days before the study starts.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is at least 18.5 (if you are 18 or older) or at or above the 25th percentile for your age (if you are 12-17 years old).
- You do not have certain bowel or liver problems, and you have not had a lung or liver transplant.
