  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • Your cancer is at a stage that can be removed by surgery (stage IIB to IIIB).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for this lung cancer.
  • Your doctor says you are well enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood and organ function test results are within safe limits.
