  • Generally healthy (no serious health conditions or chronic infections)
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control if needed
  • Have a BMI between 18 and 32, and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg)
  • No history of gallstones or gallbladder removal
  • No smoking or nicotine use in the past 12 months
