  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 32 and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You are in good general health, with no major medical conditions.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
  • You have not had a respiratory infection treated with antibiotics within the last 12 weeks.
  • You have not used alcohol within 72 hours before the study starts.
