  • You are scheduled for thyroid surgery.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You speak and understand Turkish.
  • You can read and write, and you have no visual, hearing, or mental problems.
  • You feel at least moderate anxiety or fear about your surgery (score 3 or higher on a 0–10 scale).
