Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy adult, 18 years or older, with no significant medical problems.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 32, and you must weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg).
  • You cannot take any prescription or over-the-counter medications (including vitamins) for a period before and during the study.
  • You must not smoke or use any nicotine products (cigarettes, vaping, gum, patches) for at least 3 months before the study starts.
  • You must be willing to stay at the study site for the required isolation period (several days to weeks) and follow the study diet.
