Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back after treatment or did not respond to at least one prior therapy
  • You have tried at least one immunomodulatory drug (like lenalidomide or pomalidomide), one proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib or carfilzomib), and one anti-CD38 drug (like daratumumab or isatuximab)
  • No standard treatment options are available to you
  • You are able to take oral medications and have adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys)
  • You have measurable signs of myeloma, such as certain levels of M-protein or free light chains in blood or urine
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control if applicable
