It aims to see if the eye pressure is still controlled and if the eye is healthy. If you were in one of the earlier Hydrus studies in Mainz and had the implant with or without cataract surgery, this follow-up may be for you.

Who can take part
- You took part in a specific Hydrus stent study in Mainz, such as the HYDRUS I, II, or IV trial, or the SPECTRUM data collection.
- You either received the Hydrus implant alone, or had it placed during cataract surgery, or were in the group that had only cataract surgery.
- It has been at least 8 years since your surgery.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and able to travel for the study visit.
- You are not currently in another interventional study that could affect the results.
