  • You are between 18 and 64 years old and in good general health.
  • You do regular endurance training like cycling or running and can do a 2-hour intense bike workout.
  • You have no allergy to broccoli, other cruciferous vegetables, or alfalfa.
  • You are willing to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule for about 4 lab visits.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not taking certain anti-inflammatory medications or supplements that could affect results.
