  • You are an autistic adult between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You speak English.
  • You have had a sleep or circadian problem for at least 3 months.
  • Your IQ is 70 or higher.
  • You do not have a history of certain major mental health or seizure disorders.
  • You do not have untreated sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or restless legs syndrome.
