Who can take part

  • You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and bone marrow are working well enough.
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumors (cancer that has spread) that has been confirmed by a biopsy and cannot be cured by surgery or radiation.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (per RECIST v1.1).
  • You have not had any treatment with a LIV1-targeting drug or a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor before.
  • You do not have active brain metastasis or uncontrolled fluid buildup in your chest, belly, or around your heart.
