Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You need to have a type of advanced solid tumor that has not gotten better with standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment exists.
  • You should be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than half the day).
  • If you have had certain prior treatments (like ADCs targeting topoisomerase I, EGFR, or c-MET), you cannot join this study.
  • You cannot have untreated or active brain metastases, or a history of certain lung conditions like interstitial lung disease.
