Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatment has failed or is not available.
- You are able to do light daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not been treated before with certain types of targeted cancer drugs called antibody-drug conjugates (specifically ones containing topoisomerase I inhibitors, or targeting EGFR or c-MET).
- You do not have untreated or active brain metastasis, or a history of lung scarring (interstitial lung disease), or active infections or heart problems.
- You have measurable disease as per standard criteria (RECIST v1.1).
