  • You are between 14 and 70 years old.
  • You have AML with a FLT3-ITD mutation.
  • You received a stem cell transplant and achieved full remission (no visible cancer).
  • You had a positive MRD test for FLT3-ITD before transplant.
  • You are between 60 and 90 days after transplant with stable blood counts and no severe graft-versus-host disease.
  • You have adequate kidney and liver function.
