  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have a valid phone number that can receive WhatsApp messages.
  • You have not had a dental appointment in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a dental appointment already scheduled.
  • You have not received a message about dental check-ups in the last month.
  • You have an appointment coming up at a clinic that also offers dental services (for Group 1) or you have an appointment at a general clinic area (for Group 2).
