Who can take part

  • You are an adult male
  • You are scheduled for a prostate surgery called AEEP (anatomical endoscopic enucleation of the prostate)
  • Your prostate is at least 40 ml in size
  • You have moderate to severe urinary symptoms (score of 19 or higher on the IPSS questionnaire)
  • You can swallow pills and are willing to take part
