  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have lipedema and have had ongoing pain for at least 3 months
  • You are able to understand questionnaires and give your consent
  • You do not have diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid disease, or other major hormonal conditions
  • You have not taken medications for diabetes, cholesterol, or steroids in the past 3 months
