Who can take part
- You must be female and between 18 and 39 years old
- You must have suspected or confirmed severe deep posterior pelvic endometriosis (endometriosis deep in the pelvis behind the uterus)
- You must not have any ovarian endometrioma (cyst on the ovary from endometriosis) larger than 5 mm
- You must not have had previous surgery for severe deep endometriosis
- Your ovarian reserve must not be severely low (based on AMH and antral follicle count tests)
- You must not be on certain hormone-suppressing medications (GnRH agonists) within the last 3 months
