Who can take part
- You have HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has spread or come back.
- You are scheduled to receive an anti-TROP2 ADC treatment (like sacituzumab govitecan or datopotamab deruxtecan) as part of your regular care.
- You are willing to have two special PET scans: one with a tracer that looks for TROP2 and one with a standard FDG tracer.
- You are 18 years or older and can provide consent.
- You have not had an anti-TROP2 ADC before.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have another active cancer.
