Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that has spread locally or to other parts of your body and cannot be surgically removed
  • Your cancer has been tested and shows HER2-positive or HER2-low expression on pathology
  • You have already received at least one prior cancer treatment (at least one HER2-targeting drug if HER2-positive; at least one systemic therapy if HER2-low)
  • Your cancer is getting worse on imaging despite your most recent treatment
  • You are in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on CT or MRI that has not been previously treated with radiation
