Who can take part
- Your bladder cancer must be stage cT2 or cT3 and has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
- You need a HER2 test result of 1+ or higher.
- Your blood level of butyrate must be less than 46 micrograms per liter.
- You must not be able to have surgery to remove the bladder or be eligible for cisplatin chemotherapy.
- You must not have had certain previous treatments like immunotherapy or targeted therapy, and you should be in generally good health aside from your cancer.
- You should not have active infections or other serious medical conditions.
