Who can take part
- Bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle layer (stage T2 or T3) and has not spread beyond the bladder (N0, M0).
- A blood test showing a certain 'butyrate' level below 46 μg/L.
- Your tumor must have at least a 1+ level of a marker called HER2.
- You must not be a candidate for bladder removal surgery (radical cystectomy) and must not be able to take cisplatin chemotherapy.
- You must have adequate function of your heart, bone marrow, liver, and kidneys.
- No prior treatment with antibody-drug conjugates (like RC48) or PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, and no other active cancer.
