- You are 18 years or older.
- Your bladder cancer is stage cT2 to cT4a and has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
- Your tumor has a HER2 score of 1+, 2+, or 3+ (a protein on cancer cells).
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment for this bladder cancer.
- You are in good overall health (able to do daily activities with little or no help).
- Your heart, blood, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
