Who can take part

  • You have stage I–III breast cancer (not metastatic/stage IV) and are about to start or have recently started chemotherapy
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You can pedal on a stationary bike and walk at least 2 city blocks without severe chest pain or shortness of breath
  • You have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for video calls and can download an exercise app (or participate in a tablet lending program)
  • You do not currently exercise for ≥300 minutes per week at moderate-to-vigorous intensity
  • You have no serious uncontrolled heart conditions, blood clots in the past 6 months, or plans to move away within 6 months
