Cell therapy for advanced solid tumors with specific proteins

Advanced Solid Cancers

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T and targeted DC cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific proteins. It aims to see if these immune cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You need advanced solid cancer (like stomach, colon, pancreas, or prostate) that has at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your tumor must test positive for one of four specific proteins (Claudin 18.2, GCC, TROP2, or PSMA) at a moderate to strong level.
  • You must have tried at least two standard treatments that didn't work, or be unable to get standard treatment.
  • You need to be able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.

CAR T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new CAR T-cell therapy made from your own immune cells to treat advanced cancers that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option if your tumor has a specific target and you are otherwise healthy enough.

CAR-T therapy study for advanced blood and solid cancers

This trial tests a new CAR-T therapy designed to target specific proteins on cancer cells. It may be an option for people with advanced blood cancers (like multiple myeloma or lymphoma) or solid tumors (like small cell lung cancer) that have not responded to other treatments.
