CAR-T Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors

Advanced UnresectableMetastatic

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Skin, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) designed to target two markers on cancer cells at once. The goal is to help patients with advanced solid tumors where standard treatments have stopped working or aren't an option.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has spread, come back, or cannot be removed by surgery, and standard treatments have failed or aren't suitable for you
  • Your tumor shows two specific markers (proteins) when tested by the study team, with the primary marker present in at least 50% of cancer cells
  • You have measurable disease on imaging scans (CT, MRI, or other standard scans)
  • Your overall health is good enough for this treatment (ECOG score 0–1, or 0–2 for brain tumors if approved)
  • Your blood cell counts, kidney and liver function, heart function, and oxygen levels meet minimum safe requirements

CAR T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new CAR T-cell therapy made from your own immune cells to treat advanced cancers that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option if your tumor has a specific target and you are otherwise healthy enough.

CAR-T treatment for CD70-positive advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1/2 trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) designed to attack cancers that have a protein called CD70. It may help people whose solid tumor has not responded to standard treatment, but it also requires specific lab confirmation and careful health screening.

CAR-T cell therapy for advanced NKG2DL-positive solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (NKG2D CAR-T cells) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if these specially engineered cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.

CAR-T treatment for CD70-positive advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.

CAR-T therapy study for advanced blood and solid cancers

This trial tests a new CAR-T therapy designed to target specific proteins on cancer cells. It may be an option for people with advanced blood cancers (like multiple myeloma or lymphoma) or solid tumors (like small cell lung cancer) that have not responded to other treatments.
