- You must be a healthy university student who exercises regularly
- You cannot have any current pain or injury in your legs
- You can attend three study sessions at least 72 hours apart
- You are not taking any medication that makes your skin sensitive to light (within the past 3 weeks)
- You must be able to do a knee-to-wall stretch and a straight-leg raise test
