Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You need a lung nodule that either looks like LPA on a CT scan or was confirmed as LPA by biopsy.
- The nodule must be at least 1 cm (10 mm) in size.
- You must be willing to follow a low-sugar, high-fat (ketogenic) diet for 7 days before the scan.
- You should not have type 1 diabetes, kidney failure, pancreatitis, or severe high cholesterol.
- You cannot have another cancer that is growing or needs treatment within the last 3 years.
