Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have one of these cancers: advanced kidney cancer, prostate cancer that doesn't respond to hormone therapy, bladder cancer, or melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior therapy, specific to your cancer type.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
