Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old
- Have advanced solid cancer that has come back, progressed, or you could not tolerate standard treatment (exact details depend on which part of the study)
- You can provide tumor biopsy tissue for neoantigen testing (needed to see if the vaccine target is present)
- Be in generally good health with performance status (ECOG) 0 to 1, and expect to live more than 3 months
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and meet blood counts and organ-function blood test limits (bone marrow, kidney, liver, and clotting tests)
- Not have certain brain metastasis or other uncontrolled/unstable medical problems, and previous treatment side effects must have mostly improved before starting
