Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your tumor must be HPV-negative.
- Your tumor must have a PD-L1 CPS score of 1 or higher (a test that measures a protein on the tumor).
- You must be able to perform daily activities with minimal help (ECOG 0-1).
- You must not have an active infection requiring treatment.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must not have been previously treated with XL-092.
