Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your tumor must be HPV-negative (not caused by HPV) and located in the mouth or oral cavity.
- Your tumor must have a protein called PD-L1 at a certain level (CPS 1 or higher).
- You must be in good enough health to have surgery, with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities without help or with minimal help).
- You must not have had prior treatment with XL-092.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding during the study.
