Strategy training and PNF for balance and walking in Parkinson's

You may be able to join if you are between 40 and 80 years old, can walk on your own or with a little help, and have mild to moderate symptoms.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • Your Parkinson's symptoms are at a mild to moderate stage (UPDRS score between 20 and 60).
  • You can walk on your own or with just a little help.
  • You are able to understand and follow instructions.
  • You have not had surgery in the last 6 months and are not on changing Parkinson's medications.
