Who can take part

  • You have had pain in both sides of your sacroiliac joint (the area where your spine meets your pelvis) for more than 3 months.
  • Your pain level is at least moderate (score of 4 out of 10 or higher on a pain scale).
  • A healthcare provider has confirmed your joint is the source of pain using at least 3 specific tests.
  • You are willing to attend a 6-week program of taping and exercises.
